If you accidentally damaged your product, or your device is over the one year (two year for the EU) warranty period, please choose Repair.

Please ensure that your after-sales products are purchased from Mobvoi official stores. Vendors not listed here are not covered by Mobvoi’s after-sales policies. In the event that you have purchased from a retailer not covered, please contact them directly.
