          We accept returns for purchased product(s) within 30 days of the date of receipt. Orders must be in “Good Condition”. There is no shipping label for this product so user has to pay return postage costs. Once we have received your return, your return will then be examined by our Quality Assurance team. Once inspection is complete, our customer service representative will either process your refund for returns, or assist you to place your replacement order for exchanges. We also provide one year manufacturer warranty for the treadmill.
