You can fine tune your incline one degree at a time to engage different muscle groups to really get your home workout moving.

All of your workout records are saved in your smartwatch and ready to be uploaded to your phone.

The treadmill's synchronization goes both ways! During your workout, the treadmill will synchronize metrics monitored from your smartwatch and present them on the built-in full color touch screen display. That means you can keep your stride without needing to raise your arm to check your metrics.
