HOW CLAIMS WORK
You can file a claim by going to getmulberry.com/login and by logging into your Mulberry portal. Or you can simply contact the Mulberry customer support team 24/7 via support@getmulberry.com or call 917-994-6394.
No deductible is charged to the consumer to resolve a claim.
If there is no repair solution, a replacement is purchased from the retailer up to the cash price of the product.
If your watch is under $300, it will be replaced. If your watch is $300+, it will be repaired (if damage is beyond repair, Mulberry will replace your watch or will reimburse you for your watch).
Claims are usually resolved within 7-14 business days and must be filed within 30 days of the incident.
